Eco Supervision - extracts

In completing my Masters in Supervisory Practice in 2014 I submitted a portfolio on Eco Supervision. The portfolio won the Michael Carroll award for excellence.

Eco Supervision is, as the name suggests, open to the wider environment. It places particular emphasis on the ecosystem, “the whole house”, and this can, where possible, include and work with the living system of the outdoor environment as well.

The following article, published in Inside Out Journal ( Winter 2015) outlines the basic principles of Eco Supervision.
