Human Nature - soul and soil.
Building wellness and  resilience in nature

Picture
" We are human only in contact and conviviality with what is not human"  Abram .

Exploring the joy of our moving bodies and the joy of being in nature allows for time, space and imagination to deepen our relationhip with our essential human nature.

In the beautiful surroundings of the Margaret Alyward Centre  in Glasnevin Dublin, , this day workshop will  allow for ample movement  in the indoors and easy access to beautiful gardens which house a Cedar of Lebannon tree and overlook the Botanic Gardens.

You will be invited to move as you do in daily life and from there explore all that this beautiful venue has to offer, inside and out. Starting with practices in stillness, letting go, simple movement tasks and walking on the earth we will slowly ground our being in this place and then explore further  how to build wellness and resilience in the spaces we ordinarily inhabit in our daily lives .
