Self care workshops for Carers and those in the helping professions

The cabin and garden space is open for hiring for those who wish to run their own workshops in this unique setting. Creative writing workshops, drumming sessions, Focusing and Capacitar sessions have also been held here at An Talamh.

I am available to travel to other parts of the country to bring these workshops /trainings to other areas.
