Please note this series will be run largely outdoors. Accordingly wear loose, warm and comfortable clothing and bring jackets, wet trousers and midge spray that allow for freedom of movement and expression. If in luck bring sun screen also.

Therese has been practising this form of movement for over 25 years. She is trained in the principles and dynamics of Move into Life work, an ecologically informed movement practice that is in the lineage of Amerta movement.

- Dates: 12th May 2026 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm , through to 9th June 2026 ( 5 weeks)
- Where: an Talamh , Skreen, Co Sligo and other locations
- Cost: €25 per session .
In these sessions, we will:
- Discover the art in your everyday gestures and movements.
- Explore how relationships with place and people influence us.
- Move with and be inspired to move differently by the world around us— the wind, birds, trees, light and shadow. In particular in this season of Autumn we will explore letting go and letting come through movement.
- Discover the joy of movement and the gift it is to expand our capacity to move with all beings .
