The Art of Movement – Welcoming What Is
Discover Your Unique Art of Movement
Join a 6-week series of movement sessions designed to help you explore and embrace your way of moving through the world.

​Details:
  • When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Dates: June 17 to July 15 th and July 29th. 
  • Where:  an Talamh , Skreen,  Co Sligo 
  • Cost: €25 per session .
No experience, specific body type, or agility is needed. All that’s required is a willingness to move, embrace how you are in the moment,  explore how you embody that and be in relationship with your surroundings. 
In these sessions, we will:
  • Discover the art in everyday gestures and movements.
  • Explore how relationships with place, people, and the environment influence us.
  • Move with and be inspired by the world around us—from the wind, birds, trees, light and shadow.
  • Discover the joy of movement and the gift it is to expand our capacity to move with all beings . 

Commitment: Attending all six sessions is encouraged to foster familiarity, safety, and fun within the group. If this is a challenge please make contact to discuss options.

Please note this series will be run largely outdoors. Accordingly wear loose, warm and comfortable clothing and bring jackets, wet trousers and midge spray that allow for freedom of movement and expression. if in luck bring sun screen also.

Therese has been practising this form of movement for over 25 years. She is trained in the principles and dynamics of Move into Life work, an ecologically informed movement practice that is in the lineage of Amerta movement.
